5.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only; it does not apply to subsequent deposits.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The jaya9c VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. VIP tier changes are based on active participation on the platform.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on jaya9c are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own applicable rules. If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the relevant round may be considered void and the bet amount may be refunded.

6.2 Fair Play

6.3 Technical Errors

10.1 Closure at the User's Initiative

Any user may close their account at will. Please complete all pending withdrawals before requesting account closure. Any remaining bonus funds will be cancelled once the account is closed.

10.2 Closure at jaya9c's Initiative

jaya9c reserves the right to suspend or close an account in cases of rule violations, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. jaya9c is not obligated to provide prior notice in such cases. Funds may be confiscated in cases of serious violations.

10.3 Self-Exclusion
